The Canon LC-E6 Battery Charger is designed for use with the for all LP-E6 battery packs, which powers the Canon EOS 5D Mark II, 5D Mark III, 5D Mark IV, 5DS, 5DS R, 6D, 6D Mark II, 7D, 60D, 70D, 80D, R5, and R6 digital cameras as well as the XC10 HD and XC15 4K UHD camcorders. This unit can be used to charge a battery for these cameras from a standard electrical outlet. The charger operates on 100-240 VAC power for worldwide use. Its two-prong US plug goes directly into a wall outlet, so no power cord is required.
All cameras offered from Digital Lens Rental will come standard with a Canon LC-E6 battery charger. In addition to that, all camera batteries will come fully charged so whether you need the Canon LC-E6 battery charger or not, it’ll be nice knowing you have it available if you need it!
Note that the charging times for the Canon LP-E6, LP-E6N, and LP-E6NH batteries may vary when using the Canon LC-E6 battery charger. We’ve never really done a test on how long it takes to charge a battery from completely dead to 100% full so if you have any doubts about battery life, just rent an extra battery.
