About the Canon EOS R
The Canon EOS R mirrorless camera is Canon’s first major jump in to the mirrorless game. Being the true competitor they are, Canon didn’t throw together this camera for the sake of entering the game. Instead, they released a great camera.
The Canon EOS R has an electronic viewfinder that you will find very accurate with colors, white balance, contrast, and even distortion. Much like you’d expect from a DSLR without the mirror obviously.
In addition to being a mirrorless camera, you’ll have amazing performance from this little mirrorless camera. The Canon EOS R has one of the best autofocus detection systems out of any Canon camera ever released. To top it off, throw on an RF mount lens like the Canon RF 15-35 or the Canon RF 70-200 and you’ll be blown away with the performance.
Last thing worth mentioning is that the Canon EOS R will accept EF mount lenses with the use of the Canon EF to RF mount adapter.
